You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. zirishism does not endorse any User-Generated Content and disclaims any liability for any content submitted by users.

We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove any User-Generated Content at our sole discretion and without notice. We are not responsible for any User-Generated Content and do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such content.

7. Payment Terms

Some features of the Services may require payment of fees. By using such features, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your use of the Services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for ensuring that your payment method is valid and up to date.
